Little Hands Children's Center opened in May of 2018. LHCC is a privately owned group childcare center located at 55 Poplar Street in Danvers, MA. We are licensed for 48 children ranging in ages four weeks up to age 6 years old. Our center is conveniently located on Route 62 and minutes away from Rt. 128 and Rt. 1. We are open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:00pm. Little Hands Children’s Center has an open concept center with a spacious fenced in backyard, which offers plenty of space for running, jumping, and many fun gross motor activities !
At Little Hands Children's Center, we will expand your child’s physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and creative skills and abilities through play. It is through play that children are able to try out new roles and build a stronger understanding of who they are as an individual. We believe that it is through a child’s daily experiences and play environment that strongly influence their overall development.
At Little Hands Children's Center, we provide many opportunities for each child to learn about the world around them. Our curriculum is based on the children's interests and curiosities. Your child’s first hand experiences, simple stories, fingerplays and songs will not only enrich the program but will also be a major teaching tool used in the center. We are proud to teach the children in the surrounding communities and we look forward to meeting you!
